The expansion of this Fortune 500 global corporation necessitated a contemporary facility that would enhance their pioneering presence in the market. DPAI facilitated the consolidation of their teams into a centralized hub that embodies their collective values. Spanning two spacious and irregularity shaped floors, the 60,000 square foot cutting-edge workspace is situated in downtown St. Catharines, with its occupants breathing new life into the city center.
The initial impact of the space is set by a sculpturally formed reception desk. biophilic elements, custom serpentine accent lighting and a wraparound acoustic felt drop ceiling all contribute to the warmth and serenity upon entering.
The space was designed to foster collaboration by integrating human-centered wellness areas like a yoga studio, treadmill workstation area, mothers’ room, and prayer room. It offers a blend of social and private spaces to promote a harmonious balance between work and relaxation for the vibrant and skilled workforce.
