This project spans a 200,000 sq. ft. facility, combining a 180,000 sq. ft. production area for an automation client with a 20,000 sq. ft. office designed to foster collaboration and innovation. The design reflects the vision set out by Eclipse, emphasizing productivity, employee well-being, and inclusivity.
Our interiors team focused on creating spaces that encourage connection and inclusivity. In addition to traditional office areas, we introduced communal spaces such as coffee bars and large group tables to support informal interaction and collaboration. A sense of warmth and welcome was achieved through the use of natural materials, including wood, along with integrated greenery within the cubicle millwork – offering a refreshing alternative to typical corporate aesthetics.
To meet the client’s request for diverse communal areas, we designed flexible spaces supporting collaborative work, training, meetings, and social interaction. Inclusive amenities—including a gender-inclusive shower and change room, universal washroom, multifaith room, and lactation room – ensure accessibility and comfort for all users.
