DPAI led a series of renewal projects at Jackson Square Mall, located in Hamilton’s downtown core. The project encompassed overseeing renewal studies, entrance renovations, new washrooms, and branding development with BRANDSPACE.
Situated at downtown life’s Cartesian origin point, the Jackson Square Mall Complex consists of six blocks densely interwoven into the urban fabric. Covering nine hectares, it comprises 390,000 square feet of retail space, an equivalent office space area, and houses various civic and cultural institutions, standing out prominently in its urban context.
