Originally from New Brunswick, Patty Clydesdale began her career at the age of 19 with a major Canadian airline honing her French language skills in Quebec City before landing in Toronto to pursue a career in Interior Design. After receiving her Diploma with Honours at Humber College, Patty worked in the corporate commercial sector with Straticom Planning Associates, then joined Cannon Design to pursue institutional and healthcare design. A committed urban dweller, Patty relocated to Hamilton, drawn to its vibrant arts scene, architecture and engaged community, where she sought a local firm committed to urban renewal.
Patty rounds out the architectural team as a Registered Interior Designer (ARIDO) and takes a lead role with dpai’s interiors work, driving end-user consultation, space planning, FF&E and project management. Patty contributes time outside of work towards a variety of community-building initiatives and is Copy Editor and Contributor for the Sherman Hub News.
