The project complies with City of Mississauga’s Corporate Green Standard Tier 3 Energy Requirements, operating as a Net Zero Energy Building.

Envisioned as a cultural cornerstone for County of Brant residents, the restoration of this building holds paramount importance. DPAI was commissioned to craft designs for the new Main Branch Library, alongside overseeing the comprehensive restoration of the building’s Gothic Revival-style elements and Opera Hall.
McNally House Hospice
The expansion plans for the residential hospice include creating a brand new residential hospice and Wellness Centre to increase the total number of beds to 10, each with their own outdoor private amenity space and continued around the clock care.
